The schedule
- Day 0: cool compress in short intervals. Keep your head elevated overnight.
- Day 1–3: one ampoule daily, applied gently, no massage over treated points.
- Day 4–10: balm as needed; bruising fades on its own timeline.
- Tell your injector about any asymmetry rather than waiting it out.
What to avoid
- Lying flat or exercising hard for 24 hours
- Facials, massage or dental work over the treated area for two weeks
- Blood thinners unless your own doctor has told you to continue them
