How the cycle works

Prepay at three, six or twelve months and the monthly rate drops and stays locked for the term.
Pause for up to two months
Your rate is held while you are paused. Do it yourself in your account, no call required.
Cancel in one click
Self-service, in the account. No phone call, no retention maze. We say so here because it is true.
Renewal is a clinical decision
A physician reviews you before your prescription continues. The system will not ship past the date your doctor has approved — that check sits inside the billing cycle, not beside it.

Renewal is clinical
Your physician approves you through a date. When that date approaches you are placed in the renewal queue and reviewed again. If the review has not happened, the system holds the shipment — billing does not override a clinical decision.
