Cold chain and tracking
Medication that needs refrigeration travels in an insulated liner with gel packs and a temperature logger. Your dispatch date, courier and tracking number appear in your account the moment the parcel leaves us. If a logger reads out of range, we replace the shipment — you do not have to ask.
